[ The device is propped up against a building and high enough to provide a view of Kyoraku Shunsui sitting on ledge a few feet away. Isn't it lovely that arriving in a strange new world isn't enough to wipe the smile off of this man's face. Still it's sad that his lieutenant isn't around to help make his introduction even better. ]

This place is a bit gloomy isn't it? [ His smile widens. ] It's not hard to tell that the people here have done a lot a work though.
